Shipping Policy

 

Order processing and roasting schedule

All coffee beans are roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Order processing: We process orders within [2–3] business days of receiving them.

  • Roasting schedule: Orders are roasted and shipped Monday through Friday. To ensure your beans are as fresh as possible, we do not roast or ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed after [ 10:00 AM Arizona Time] on Friday will be roasted and shipped the following Monday.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You can view the final shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Example shipping costs:

    • One 8 oz. bag: $10 flat rate

    • One 16 oz. bag: $15 flat rate

    • Multiple items: Shipping for orders with multiple items will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight.

 

Domestic shipping

We offer domestic shipping to all US states and territories.

  • Estimated delivery time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within [3–5] business days.

  • Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Order tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

International shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to offer this service in the future and will update our policy when available.

 

Package protection and damaged goods

Your coffee beans are packed carefully in airtight, resealable bags and sturdy shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  • Liability: Grace & Peace Coffee Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. It is the carrier's responsibility to handle and deliver the package safely.

  • Damaged packages: If you receive a damaged package, please take the following steps:

    Document the damage with photos immediately.

    Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.

    File a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you by providing any necessary information.

 

Returns and exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at grace@graceandpeaceinc.com.
